Treatment overview
Skin ageing does not happen all at once — it is a process that develops gradually, often imperceptibly, until we begin to notice changes in the quality, firmness and freshness of the skin.
A dermatological anti-ageing examination is not a routine skin check. It is a detailed, medically grounded analysis through which we assess how your skin is ageing — and what it truly needs at this particular moment.
The aim is not to “change the face”, but to understand it and guide it through the ageing process in a way that preserves naturalness and balance.
Interestingly, the signs of ageing do not appear only on the surface of the skin — they begin in the deeper layers, through the loss of collagen, volume and structural support. This is precisely why a contemporary anti-ageing approach calls for an individual strategy rather than a one-size-fits-all solution.
How is the examination performed?
The examination is carried out by a consultant dermatologist through a detailed analysis of the skin and facial structure.
During the examination, the following are assessed:
- skin quality and thickness
- presence of wrinkles and fine lines
- tone and elasticity
- pigmentation and vascular changes
- facial volume and contours
Based on this analysis, an individual plan is drawn up — which may include preventive or corrective treatments.
Who is the examination for?
The examination is ideal for those who:
- are noticing the first signs of ageing
- wish to take preventive action
- want to plan a long-term anti-ageing approach
- seek natural results without overdoing it
It is intended for anyone who wishes to understand their skin — and make well-informed decisions.
Our approach
The anti-ageing approach does not begin with a treatment — it begins with understanding.
At our clinic the examination is performed by a consultant dermatologist with extensive clinical experience, with ample time set aside for thorough analysis and conversation. We consider not only the skin — but the face as a whole, its dynamics and its natural balance.
We do not offer “trends” — but rather solutions that genuinely make sense for you.
The time we devote to each patient allows us to create a plan that is realistic, sustainable and aligned with your wishes — without pressure, without excess.
Our aim is simple: for you to look fresh, rested and natural — and to feel that way too.
Preparing for the examination
No special preparation is required for the examination, however we recommend that you:
- arrive without make-up
- avoid applying any harsh products beforehand
- have details of any previous treatments to hand (if applicable)
Recovery and precautions
There is no recovery period after the examination — it is a non-invasive assessment.
Should a treatment be recommended, the doctor will explain all the next steps.
When are results visible?
The findings of the examination are available immediately.
The patient receives:
- a detailed analysis of the condition of the skin
- a personalised treatment plan
- recommendations for skincare and prevention
The results of any recommended treatments develop gradually, depending on the chosen approach.
Combinations of treatments
Following the examination, a personalised anti-ageing plan is established, which may combine the most advanced technologies available:
- Candela Nordlys — for evening out skin tone and improving overall skin quality
- CO2 Smaxel — for skin regeneration and addressing wrinkles and texture
- Morpheus8 — for deep tightening and collagen stimulation
- HIFU — for lifting the deeper structures of the face
- Icoone Laser Med — for improving microcirculation and skin quality
In addition:
- dermal fillers to restore volume
- botulinum toxin to soften expression lines
- biostimulating treatments for long-term regeneration
Every plan is individual — because anti-ageing means something different for each person.
