In the event of a dispute between the Customer and the Seller, a complaint may be submitted to the Court of Honour of the Croatian Chamber of Economy, the Court of Honour of the Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts, or a proposal for mediation may be submitted to the mediation centres.

Proceedings before the courts of honour are conducted in accordance with the Rules of the Court of Honour at the Croatian Chamber of Economy and the Rules of the Court of Honour at the Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts, which prescribe that the members of the panels of these courts include, in addition to independent legal experts and representatives of traders, also representatives of consumers.

Mediation before a mediation centre is conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Mediation Act, and in accordance with the Rules on Mediation of the mediation centre. The Croatian Chamber of Economy and the Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts will, with the consent of the minister responsible for consumer protection, adopt decisions on costs in proceedings before the Court of Honour of the Croatian Chamber of Economy and the Court of Honour of the Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts.
