There are skin changes that can’t be solved by hydration or stimulation alone.
Uneven texture.
Pigmentation.
Fine lines.
Scars.
In situations like these you need a treatment that acts precisely — yet powerfully enough to trigger real skin renewal.
Candela Frax is a non-ablative fractional laser that targets the dermis, creating controlled micro-zones of thermal stimulation without damaging the surface of the skin.
In other words — we trigger regeneration without aggressively “stripping” the surface.
The result is gradual renewal of skin structure through:
- fibroblast stimulation
- neocollagenesis
- remodelling of the dermal matrix
Over time the skin becomes smoother, more even and higher quality — without an artificial look.
At our clinic Candela Frax isn’t a “classical laser treatment” — it’s part of a dermatologically guided rejuvenation and skin-renewal therapy.
How is the treatment performed?
The treatment is delivered using a fractional laser that creates microscopic thermal-action zones in the dermis (MTZs – microthermal treatment zones).
These micro-zones trigger:
- controlled tissue injury
- fibroblast activation
- collagen and elastin synthesis
- skin regeneration from within
The advantage of this approach is that the surrounding tissue isn’t damaged, allowing for faster recovery and treatment safety.
For optimal results, we often combine Candela Frax with:
- Morpheus8 for deeper firming and a lifting effect
- HIFU for action on the SMAS layer and facial structure
- the CO2 Smaxel laser for more intensive surface regeneration
- Icoone Laser Med for microcirculation and recovery
- SkinPen microneedling for additional stimulation
- PRP and Angel PRP (Arthrex) for regeneration
- exosomes and polynucleotides for biostimulation
Who is the treatment for?
Candela Frax is ideal for patients who want to:
- improve skin texture
- reduce fine lines and wrinkles
- soften pigmentation
- reduce scarring (especially from acne)
- tighten pores
- achieve an even, healthy-looking complexion
Particularly suited to those who want a visible improvement without aggressive recovery.
When are results visible?
The first effect (freshness and evenness) can be visible relatively quickly.
However, the real result comes gradually through:
- regeneration of the dermis
- collagen synthesis
- renewal of skin structure
Over time the skin becomes:
- smoother
- firmer
- more even
Recovery and precautions
After the treatment, the following are possible:
- redness
- a feeling of warmth
- mild swelling
Recovery is relatively short (1–3 days), depending on intensity.
We recommend:
- avoiding sun exposure and using SPF
- avoiding active products for a few days
- gentle skincare
Preparing for the treatment
Before the treatment a topical anaesthetic cream is applied for comfort.
Recommendations:
- avoid sun exposure before the treatment
- don’t arrive with active inflammation on the skin
- consult with your doctor about therapy and skin condition
Our approach
At our clinic laser treatments are not standardised.
Candela Frax is delivered by experienced dermatology specialists, with parameters precisely set for the skin type and indication.
That is the key.
Because the difference between an average and an outstanding laser result isn’t in the device — it’s in:
- knowledge
- experience
- an individual approach
We give patients what they value most — safety, understanding and a result that looks natural.
